Who we are

Andy started his professional life in food on an organic farm in Italy in 2005. Through years cooking in kitchens from New York City to Portland to Astoria, Andy has maintained this farm-to-table ethos and considers cooking a profound expression of place. To that end, he uses only the best and most responsibly raised local ingredients from the North Coast whenever possible, and makes every effort to “get out of their way”. Off work, Andy cherishes time with his wonderful family and slow meandering hobbies like gardening and woodworking.
